"Had a very pleasant experience renting a tow dolly from Mr and Mrs Kenyon. Very personable and explained in detail how to put car on dolly. Also trusted us to return equipment even if they were not there just to leave the straps on the porch. This was back in June when we moved to New York from Florida. More recent we bought a beautiful Christmas tree fro. MR Kenyon. Another excellent experience."

"Take a look at all the reviews. It's as if we're looking at two different places, but no, they are all the same. I suspect the difference is in the attitude of the reviewer. If I go in expecting to be fawned over and offered a latte while I wait, I'll be disappointed. If I go in seeking to rent a towing dolly, which is pretty much the only business they do, and rent it without muss or fuss, I'll be greatly satisfied. Regarding complaints that it's dirty, yes, it is. That's what happens when you're in your 90s with a heart condition. But again I point out that your level of satisfaction depends upon your attitude. An operating room ready for surgery it's not. Stick to the matter at hand: rent, pay, leave with the dolly. I found Mr. & Mrs. Kenyon quite personable, easy to get along with, straight-shooters, honest, not like the guys at U-Haul always trying to upsell you and scaring you into buying insurance. U-Haul refused to rent me a dolly, stating that my Ford Ranger was too small to pull the load. Instead they offered to rent me a truck to pull the dolly. It would, considering mileage, have come to $250. I pointed out that the Ranger's rated towing capacity is 4000 lbs and the load I'm pulling is only 2750, but they didn't care. Mr. Kenyon, on the other hand, asked what I would use to tow, and what I would be towing, did a quick calculation in his head, and said I was OK. And indeed it was OK. I pulled my load up and down hill and vale for 300 miles without problem. Mr. Kenyon also took time to fully explain how to secure the car to the dolly, and the dolly to the truck. He didn't ask for a large deposit, or for a reserve on my credit card, or for proof of insurance. He only asked that, when I was finished, I put the dolly back where it was and, if he wasn't around, to just leave the straps on the porch. In other words, he trusted me to do right by him, and I trusted him to do right by me. Our trust was mutual, well-founded, and confirmed. If you need to tow a car, forget U-Haul and visit Mr. Kenyon. I pray his health improves and he stays in business for years to come."

"Very good place to rent trailers from, inside may not be clean but with only two elderly owners it is hard for them to upkeep. They will always have my business for trailers"

"The woman at the front desk is hideously rude with utterly disgusting behavior. The place is unclean and a sign of laziness and carelessness. 5 star reviews are most likely posted by employees who work there. I strongly recommend you take your money and business elsewhere, because you are too good for this kind of poor treatment."
