The selection of bread, cakes, pies, and muffins is incredible. I tried their fresh-baked sourdough bread and a slice of their yummy carrot cake, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone in the Cranford area looking for delicious treats and great quality. "The renovation of this staple store front in Cranford looks marvelous inside. It has a brand new fresh look, but the quality of bread seems different than the previous bread shop. Not sure if the tricks of the trade went with last iteration but the taste is different. As much as like the new look the variety of carb offerings is surely missed. The new addition of espresso maker makes me think they are trying to lure a new audience, however the old audience was constant for their assortment of breads, which now it looks like it’s more in name than display. The service gets 5 stars. The atmosphere gets 5. The food is a 3."
