"Never again. Service girl was great . She tried. Service was costly and life threatening. Back and forth to Service with noises ,then told it's fine to drive . When it wasn't. New tires should not destroy wheel bearings. That have already been replaced. Asked for wiper blades 3 different times and got told to buy them and put them on myself. There's more...... told I had to wait till all parts came in for vehicle to be fixed. So months without a vehicle.... nice... Never ever again......no response to emails or phone calls. I'm done and will never go back or buy a vehicle there again."

"Not happy. I made an initial appointment and was told i needed to wait for the parts and would receive a phone call when they arrived within 5 Business days. 3 weeks later I called because no one called to find out the parts were just sitting on the shelf. I made an appointment early on a Monday that i waited another 3 weeks for and explained i needed my vehicle back that day hence why i made the appointment early. My vehicle sat till the next day. No one provided updates. When i called i was brushed off. I was told by the rep he was new and that's why he didn't know anything but all he had to do was look in the system and if he still wasn't sure ask someone else that could help. Then he called me back to tell me the last repair noted a piece of the harness wasn't changed because they didn't have it and that's why it broke. When my car was finally done i was called and told i could pick up my vehicle 30 minutes before close and was told i could pay the bill. It was a warranty repair that wasn't fixed correctly the other two times i brought it in. When i opened the door today pieces fell out that were never removed causing the door to jam. If the repair is done right the first time, maybe customers wouldn't come back a second time for a warranty repair and be frustrated. The gentleman that worked the desk to the right when you drop off your vehicle was kind, knowledgeable and communicated clearly. I don't typically complain but missing work for 2 weeks because the job isn't done right the first time adds Extra work and frustration for everyone. It costs more for everyone when laziness plays a role."
