"Fathers Day Sunday June 16th 2024 While traveling through New York from New Hampshire returning to Iowa we were travelling on the Interstate, we hit a pothole while pulling a loaded trailer. Iit was bad enough that the front right leaf spring broke. Unable to find any help on Sunday, I located Northland Trailers and called for parts first thing Monday morning.. They have an extensive assortment of small trailer parts and a service department and best of all the part that I needed. Although booked several days out in the service bays, they understood the situation we were in, and got us in within the hour. I really can not say enough nice things about Northland Trailer. They were friendly, helpful, and very reasonably priced. Thank you again. Jeff"

"Went in for help with a Curt weight distribution hitch for a travel trailer. This is a Curt premiere-certified store. The dimbulb young guy at the counter in a baseball hat had zero idea what a weight distribution hitch is. Don't go here for travel trailers. Or knowledgeable staff. Who specialzes in towing and doesn't know what a WDH is. They're used in many towing situations. What a waste of time."
