Very disappointed and unprofessional Received a response very quickly that the part is coming in and come there and get it installed. It is 150 miles round trip. Please ship to me I will install them. Thank you"

"If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Rob and his team, please read this review prior to doing so. I have had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Rob and his team at Rubio Premier Motors. I purchased a Mercedes E500 from them which Doug and Rob described as in great condition without any problems. Beyond that, the provided a certification on the bill of sale that the vehicle was "is in condition and repair to render under normal use, satisfactory and adequate service upon the public highway at the time of delivery. Rob and his team also claim to be specialized in repairs of Mercedes." The vehicle showed up with: - active fuel leak - damaged catalytic converter - broken front struts - valve cover leak - damaged rear brake rotors - 12 year old tires - fraying drive belt and aging tensioner - cracked front CV boots on both sides At the time the vehicle was sold to me, it was mechanically totaled. I've had 4 different shops perform diagnosis including a Mercedes Benz dealership and two independent Mercedes shops as I've had to sort out the mess that Rob and his team dumped on myself and my family. Again, Rob claims that his shop is specialized in repairs of Mercedes and is "Trusted and respected within our community for our knowledge and integrity. Our philosophy is to care about you, your family and the cars you drive." There are a lot of better ways to make money than to fraudulently scam customers with totaled cars, but Rob and his team have decided that's the way to run their operation. I recommend avoiding them at all costs. If this review is up, there will be an active used lemon law claim and lawsuit against them to cover the repairs."

"Terribly disappointed by my first, and only, visit to Rubios. I Took my Suzuki V-Strom in for an inspection a few months ago based on a recommendation from a customer. I guess they don't like Suzukis, because they spent a very long time looking at a fully serviced bike with new tires, brakes, chain, etc. The owner himself rudely informs me that the bike failed for worn out front brakes, and tells me to put my glasses on and look at the brakes. I'm already wearing glasses. He briefly shines a dim flashlight on the caliper, says "that's metal on metal", and then jumps on my bike and pulls it out of the shop without listening to a word from me. I took pictures of the brakes and went and talked to the lady at the desk. She called a mechanic and after some back and forth, the mechanic goes outside in the sunlight with the dim flashlight and spends several minutes looking at the brakes that are clearly visible in the daylight. He finally admits the brakes are fine and goes to redo the inspection, but surprise, "the machine is down right now" so they can't do the inspection after all. What a waste of my time. It just doesn't make any sense, and now I just steer customers away from your business. I strongly recommend AVOIDING Rubios, and instead visit any of the highly rated businesses that are within a few minutes of them in Eastport, Speonk, and Westhampton!"

"If I could rate at 0 stars I would! Went in for what I knew to be a hub bearing and was told I needed 4 new tires and all 4 rims had to be removed and sent out to be fixed! Also told me I had snow tires on, lol! They actually think some people don’t know anything about their own car. NEVER go there under any circumstances!"
