"Worked with Troy Finkelstein at East Hills to get into a 2024 Tiguan in the most incredible interior/exterior color combination. I’ve had many VW’s going back to 2002, and the Tiguan is one of my favorites. It’s extremely roomy, great for a small family, with a big hatch trunk that will accommodate all your packages after a full day of shopping. I met with Troy exactly 2 times, the first when I was in the “I’m not really sure what I want to do” phase, and the next time when I was sure I wanted a new Taos. On both occasions, there was no high pressure, and Troy explained all the features and benefits of the Taos and did a comparison to the Tiguan after I’d asked. We concluded that the Tiguan was the better choice for my needs. I was really surprised that I went home with the Tiguan that day. Troy was able to get my registration and insurance switched while I sipped espressos from the coffee bar. Troy and the team were able to take the car I drove in (not a VW) back and I didn’t need to contact the other dealership at all. The financial paperwork was a breeze, a few signatures, a great conversation with Pat Davis in Finance, and done. Overall, it was a super pleasant experience, everyone at East Hills is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
