"Bought a car on Ebay from this dealer. Feel free to contact me for full details and evidence. Photos and description of car as 9/10 on ad were false, car arrived in SF (from NY) with damaged front bumper (not from shipping). Ebay photo either old or photoshopped and did not show damage. Also two separate leaks and multiple fault codes that failed CA smog check three times; missing parts (brake pad sensors) and items said to be included with car. Poor maintenance records, missing keys, manual. The dealer advertises that he only buys "lightly used" cars that are meticulously maintained. I brought the car to a well known BMW shop, who said the car had been "abused" and poorly maintained, with significant wear and tear (and mismatched rear tires). Dealer said that car is all original paint, but all 3 body shops I took it to said the front bumper had been resprayed. Dealer also admitted to taking the car on the track Also two separate leaks, including oil leak. Dealer tried to just say it's from oil drain plug, and initially mechanic thought that was possible too. However, after oil change, noticed that the oil pan is stripped. Apparently the OEM drain plug was stripped before, so was replaced, and this must have been over torqued so now the oil pan is stripped and needs to be replaced (not cheap) I made the mistake of trusting the dealer's Ebay description and overpaid, I would advise that anyone look elsewhere for a used car."
