"I saw a truck I liked, I was told the shop need to go through the shop before giving me a price. That was on 7/28. I was told to expect a call on 7/29. No call I called on 7/30 and was told to complete the credit app. That was done I got a call on 7/31 asking what truck I wanted. I was then told the owner would get back to me he was away for the weekend. On 8/2 called to find out what’s going on and received no update. On 8/3 I find out the truck was sold. Not at all happy with how I was treated at this dealership. Total Waist of my time and I lost out on another truck waiting on these guys"

"Bought it a truck almost 2 months ago two big issues , two days after getting the truck oil light came out and took to a mechanic and. Truck has a major engine oil leaking, and a very bad head gasket but since truck has warranty I will claim repairs soon . But that’s not my biggest issue with the dealership at the begin everything looking good, told me registration and plates would take around 3 weeks (no big deal about that since they gave me a Transit temporary tag valid for 30 days ) Two days before the temporary tag expired he texts me and says that I had a debt with fire department and because of that car couldn’t be registered. He waited 28 days after the purchase date to initiate the registration process with dmv If he had initiated the process as soon I bought we would know about that issue that I wasn’t aware of if. As soon they told me that I paid $43 to the fire department of my county And its been now over 50 days and I still dont have my plates and registration, Temporary tag expired June 04. And since then I already got two traffic violations for not having registrations and plates. And since is a work truck I definitely need the truck to work . Can’t be seating at home waiting for them Tried to ask them to give me a real temporary plate (not transit plate) and they don’t answer my calls, Stay away from this dealership, they are really good liars and have incompetent employees"

"Bait and switch. Came here for one car and it wasn't there okay that's weird when I spoke to Kevin over the phone less than an hour ago it was available. The car was "sold" but there were no customers inside.. I don't know what made me continue buying but the car I have is terrible. They sold me a lemon and when I call them to confront them about it they say there's nothing I can do. Please listen to the reviews, they are top level scammers."

"I spoke to a salesperson from the dealership and before coming in I was excited. See I thought I was going to trade in my car as I spoke to their salesman Kevin who promised me that he could buy my car. I wanted to make sure that this was possible as I was driving from 3 hours away with two disabled children. Due to the children’s ailments I have to make frequent stops so the trip took closer to 5 hours. I tried to explain this to the salesman Kevin before coming in and he stated not to worry he would take care of everything. When I got there I couldn’t imagine a worse experience. He made a comment suggesting the children should crawl or they could sit on the floor and roll around. To make matters worse, he drove me there for no reasons as despite giving him the VIN number to the car and promising a value, when the car was in great condition, he wasn’t able to honor it. Whatever you do, don’t come here. They hate disabled kids not to mention the lewd stories the salesman was saying about his mother which me and my wife found horrifying. They have a dark sense of humor and a terrible way of doing business. Scam, scammers, terrible."
