"Terrible Service, Renting out unsafe cars. I rented a Chevy Traverse with 64,000 miles yesterday and the front two tires were very bald and unsafe -- the car would not have passed a NY state inspection. When I returned the car today, and pointed out the bald tires, the mechanic or service rep there said "Well you should have pointed this out when you rented the car"! No Thank You for letting us know.... Bad Attitude DO NOT Rent from this location!!"

"Just terribly mis managed. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. They lied on drop off box location. Didn’t document my claims. Weren’t open when I drove back when they told me they were open from two separate people. I received different information confirming location hours/services. I can not believe this horrible experience I’m so appalled and disgusted. Please do not use this company. They have zero communication across systems and will say they have it handled. Only for you to find out they didn’t do anything for you."
