When that car developed an issue, he professionally and kindly assisted me in swapping it out for another vehicle without any hassle. His apologetic and courteous demeanor really stood out. I used the replacement car for 37 days and received excellent service throughout my entire experience. I'll definitely be choosing this location for my next long trip car rental. "I would’ve rated this place a 3 star if the first Kia Forte car that I received through my claims at this Enterprise that smelled cigarette smoke wasn’t replaced. The checkout process was quite smooth the first time and the car was fine until next day morning when the smoke emanating more strongly that we could hardly sit inside the car. I called up Dan and he was very accommodative. He assured that it could be worked out and asked me to come over. I got a nice Volkswagen Jetta as a replacement. We had a vacation plan that was coming up and we had to take the Jetta since our car became unavailable just before the trip. Driving the super fuel economic Jetta for the 5 day long trip was the best thing we could wish for, for the Holidays. The return was pretty quick and Dan and Jose made sure that the whole process was quite smooth. I’ll return to this location for any of our future rental needs just for their friendly and outstanding customer service!"
