"The staff at this site were extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional; they do not even honor reservations at all. Many customers waited hours to pick up their cars, but were only put on another waiting list for another round of 3 hours waiting. Yes, you have to wait hours to be told of another 3-hour waiting. Staff never cared to open the door and tell customers in line about the potential waiting time - they were too busy chatting and joking. Staff were yelling at and treating multiple customers terribly and then calling them disrespectful. AVOID this site if you can. If you have to use this location: be prepared for the long wait despite of your reservation time; and make sure you treat staff there like queen."
"We returned the vehicle. The service was excellent, courteous, professional despite the heavy load. We immediately received a receipt for the return. The agency shares the entrance to a parking garage, so everything is busy, very suitable for New York City. The reception staff are efficient and a good service experience."
"Theresa was not respectful to me as a customer. I am Presidents club circle member and was completely disrespected by her, trying to return my rental car that I was overcharged for. I was also given an electric vehicle that i did not want. Teresa had said to me that I was yelling at her and was verbally abusive and was trying to break down the door when I was trying to return my car. this occurred July 25 at 5 PM. I rent cars weekly from Hertz and I've never had experience as bad as this one. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. Overpriced and terrible service. You can try for yourself if you dare. I hope Teresa sees this message as well as her manager. I have attached a picture of her (she is yelling at someone else when I took the photo) ☠️"
"Absolutely awful. Gave me a high-mileage car with a third of a tank of gas and damage on all sides one class below what I paid for and reserved. Long wait and they couldn’t find my reservation. Avoid this Hertz location."
