"All of the young men that work here are amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would because they are what customer service should be! After a tough morning I showed up right after they closed and all employees were very kind and worked with me. I also needed to extend the rental for 2 additional days and was easily able to with no issues. Definitely would recommend this location and a huge thank you again to everyone who helped me!"

"I'll admit I was a bit skeptical after I already made a reservation to pick up here, then reading the reviews online. However, my experience was great. The customer service was amazing and I was even upgraded to a bigger car for no extra charge for waiting over 30 minutes. My rental was beautiful and I was so sad when I had to give it back :("
