"Ray was the man his service was1st class. His customer service was perfect. He exlplained everything to me in 2 languages. How to stay off the parkways. He explained the contract and conditions. "I made a last minute reservation for a 16 foot truck and car carrier. I showed up at 8am to pick up my truck and carrier and they didn’t have the carrier. The store manager Ray went out his way to find me one. He made a dozen phone calls before he was able to find one. He wrote up the contract and he called me when the car carrier arrived and after loading the truck I came back to pick up the car carrier. Ray and Eugene was awesome . Amazing problem solving and super amazing customer service. Now I’m on my way to Texas courtesy of Ray and Eugene. I will only rent with Budget. They are the best and I will to come back again. "Rey was great i needed a van he helped me out. . I advise everyone needing a van or Truck to rent at the Fordham location. The van was clean ray also is great with directions since comercial vehicles are not allowed everywhere. I will rent here all the time. Eugene the yard guy showed us everything outside. Also how to return the van overnight when they are closed"
