"Eastchester jeep This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, always bought cars from private owners. Going to a car dealership seemed very intimidating especially walking into Eastchester Jeep it opens up to a huge showroom very clean tons of vehicles, my wife and I were looking for a small crossover suv that’s has no problems with snow, good on gas we had our eye on a Jeep renegade trail hawk which they had. Carlos the sales associate that assisted us, he made the intimidating feeling we had go away fast, very professional very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking at. I noticed that right off the bat, knowing the vehicle we were looking for I’ve seen a ton of videos about this jeep renegade “Trailhawk” so I was happy to hear Carlos knew a lot about this Jeep, very super friendly and down to earth we didn’t have any plans on purchasing a vehicle that day we were there just to look we had plans on making a trip to staten Island to see other Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017 with 95k miles on it, but to be honest the Renegade was the right decision we got a sweet deal on the 2023 trailhawk model with ridiculous low miles the experience was so chill and pleasant Carlos offer us water coffee while we waited for paperwork (short wait) I’ve heard horror stories from friends and their experiences with shady car dealers.
