"Kami called based on internet inquiry told me she could NOT give me out the door price (company policy). I told her I'm in MD she said sorry. I said are you telling me you can't tell me what the added tax, title Etc fees are I have to drive all the way from Maryland to get that number,? She saud yes. I asked for the manager, the manager came on the line very nasty and defensive. She stated they do not give "out the door" price, I MUST come in and get the out the door price. I hung up on her Immediately. I also noticed on the carguru reviews she's very unprofessional, petty and curt the way she responds to people's inquiries check it out. Reading all of the reviews on the various sites confirmed exactly what I thought....."
