Special Offer: Enjoy one day free of the daily time and mileage charges when you rent an intermediate (Group C) to a full-size four-door (Group E) car for a minimum of three days. Please note that taxes, concession recovery fees, customer facility charges, and fuel charges are additional. Optional items like LDW and other surcharges may apply. This offer is valid at Budget locations in the contiguous U.S., excluding the New York Metro area, and is subject to blackout periods and vehicle availability. An advance reservation is required, and the rental must begin on or before December 31, 2023.

For added convenience, we offer a free pick-up service. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your pick-up. Note that off-airport locations cannot pick you up at an airport with a Budget location.

"New Review: After communicating with the main company. They were able to go through my issue and gave me a full refund. I'll give them a 4 star review for being able to follow up with me and doing the right thing. I have gone once more to rent from the location and the rental went smooth. Original Review: Incompetent staff. They treat you like if you are dumb. I rented a car for a weekend and on the second day the car broke down . I did not get car assistance and I had to pay the tow truck from 911 out if my own pocket. Furthermore after talking to customer support on Monday, they rejected my request for a refund for not purchasing roadside assistance. because budget never took responsibility for the car. Don't rent from them. I am absolutely not renting from them ever again. Shame on you Budget!!"
"I had an urgency to help my family getting things and errands done since they could not (the results of the pandemic). I rented from this place and the service was excellent at both pick up and drop off. The staff at drop off went above and beyond for me. They also made my experience seem less as I was able to get the vehicl and leave quickly and drop off was even faster. I highly recommend them and I will use them whenever I need a car."
"The place is no frills, just like the name of their company. My first visit there to pick up the car was good with the gentleman at the customer service desk. The return car process was bare minimum ok. The customer service needs improvement. When talking to the lady at the desk, she doesn't respond, was kind of rude. Just only process paper work."
