"I just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I have been a customer of Nissan for over 20 years and this was my first, and likely last, purchase from from Route 46 Nissan. I've left a voicemail for the owner and I'm really hoping to be contacted ASAP because I was literally lied to and mislead in my purchase and there seems to be no one that can do anything about it in the actual dealership. I strongly urge anyone that shops at this location to make sure to read all the fine print and do not take anything they say to you as truthful because when they make a mistake the will hold you liable and not take ownership of it. Once again, I would love someone from higher up to contact me so I don't have to take this problem to court or further."
