"This day we had gone to other dealers and experienced indifference, hard selling and just a lack of care and listening to what we were looking for. Turbo Sales was a God send. I met with Danny and Lucy his wife. They treated us professionally and courteous from the moment we walked in. I have a hard time walking and use a rollator. They kindly suggested the best routes to navigate and held open doors and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way with a smile. My wife saw the suv we were interested in and responded by calling. The car was available and we took a Saturday to go down and look at the Honda CRV. He gave us a review of the suv. And even though he had other people interested in the car the atmosphere was relaxed (no hard selling or pressure tactics). He was fine with talking with my mechanic and having him inspect the car. We are local customers close enough to drive to our mechanic had he been open on this Saturday, Danny did offer to drive it over immediately. We ended up returning Monday my mechanic by our side. The review of the Honda CR-V was verified by our mechanic after a test drive and looking under the hood. The only stumbling block was the air conditioning needed fixing and Danny agreed to fix it. They took care of the paper work and any time we were in the show room always made sure we were comfortable and okay. They were a breath of fresh air in what had been a several week, at times stressful process to get a new to us car. We highly recommend them and would do business with them again."
