"Absolutely horrendous experience at Kia Yonkers! My mother and I wasted our time visiting the dealership after confirming a specific car was in stock. Upon arrival, we were immediately dismissed and told the car was too expensive for us. They then proceeded to show us a used car filled with personal belongings. The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. Avoid this dealership at all costs! If you expect to leave with a car, DO NOT GO HERE!"

"My experience at Kia today was disappointing from start to finish. Initially, I mistakenly went to the sales location instead of the service department. Surprisingly, the sales staff greeted me warmly and even shook my hand, I guess good service is reserved only for those looking to purchase. However, upon reaching the service location, the tone shifted dramatically. The first lady at the very first service counter after entering made it clear, almost dismissively, that she wasn't available to assist me before I even had a chance to say good afternoon. The other three assistants, who were engaged in a casual conversation amongst themselves, did not acknowledge my presence. After an awkward five-minute wait, the only male assistant gestured for me to approach, while the others continued their discussion without a glance in my direction. Initially, I wondered if their indifferent attitude was because of my race, but upon reading similar negative reviews, it appears that poor customer service is their standard practice. If you have the option, I strongly recommend avoiding this location unless absolutely necessary. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment."

"Service center is atrocious. They were bought by a new owner and now don't call you back when you try to schedule an appointment for service. You can no longer schedule service online. They don't have an inventory lookup so they have to physically walk to their warehouse to look to see if a part came in for a repair. They called me a week after service was done to...schedule the service...because whatever computer system they now use didn't log that the service was done. Save yourself the headache and go to a different service center."

"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when I took my car in. No one contacted me to provide a staus update on my vehicle. Communication between the repair shop and vehicle owner leaves much to be desired."
