"They always have to cancel your reservation for rental car. Because they don't have a car"
"Gave me a dirty car & when I requested it be switched out with a clean car, he said the car I was given is clean, he cleaned it himself & if I don't like it then I can give him back the keys & he will cancel the reservation. He instead put it in the system as a "check out" so I could still be charged. I called corporate & asked what is the policy if you recieve a dirty car & want a clean rental, they said if the car can not be provided, they are supposed to cancel the reservation so that my money will be refunded. If you value your money, do not spend it here!!"

"I rented a car for my trip to Boston and the front desk staff (adam) was friendly and accomodating. There was no wait in picking up the car. I was happy that during my trip the car drove perfectly. This company is cheaper than others in the area and I will be returning."
"Worst car rental company ever! 3 weeks after returning the car we were hit with a $250 fee to clean "animal hair" out of the car. We don't have an animal so no way that we put that there. The car was filthy when we rented it. When we returned it, the guy at the counter just said to park it upstairs so he never even looked at it. Multiple calls to Avis and I still can't get them to reverse the charge. This is fraud - do not ever rent from Avis and especially not this location. They should be shut down. I'm filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend everyone else does the same."
