"They told me I can't rent for personal use no matter what I say because I also have a business with my name in the title of the business. Manager Matt will not allow it because he is afraid of it being used for commercial purposes and was told they would cancel my reservation. Tried to force a box truck on me instead of a van. Have rented numerous times before for both business and personal purposes including a 1200 mile move. They will never receive business from me again."

"The driver who moved this truck from Yonkers Home Depot to Port Chester stole my favorite glasses. Truck was dropped off Thursday afternoon in Yonkers 8/4 and checked Friday 8/5 in Port Chester. It went out for another rental this morning 8/6. Nothing was turned into lost and found. Just sucks after giving Penske thousands for a move, not including diesel gas for the 1.6k mi move.. really not cool, guys.. will be filing a police report if I don’t hear back from the company soon. I want my shades back. Theft is a really low life thing to do to your loyal, paying customers. I will not be giving any more of my hard earned money to thieves. (8/6 update:) 20min after seeing owner response, I called the North Bergen office, no answer. This is not an inconvenience. This is criminal activity. And the $400 pair of shades have sentimental value that make them irreplaceable."
