"If I could give zero stars, I would. The main mechanic behaved in an unprofessional, rude, and offensive way. As opposed to putting me as a customer at ease by explaining what he was going to be doing to my car, he resorted to condescending and, frankly, plain hostile behavior. "Don’t get your car inspection here. I had to get an inspection done because my engine light came on and I had to drive far the next day. I found this place open on Sunday so I drove over an hour from New Jersey. It was a big mistake. He told me that if I changed my tire that he would pass my car. So I paid 165 to change my tire. When the inspection was done, he told me I failed. I trusted what he told me and did exactly what he recommended and he completely went against what he said. I felt like I was scammed. I drove over an hour, just to pay 165 and fail the inspection. I really regretted my decision to bring it here. I brought it to a different mechanic and he told me right away what I needed to do to pass. I don’t want anyone to go through this experience. Just avoid getting your inspection done here."
