"I made a reservation to pick up a car in an emergency situation. I got there 5 mins before they closed. 10 mins late for my reservation time and they wouldn't rent me a car after driving 45mins to get there. Cost me 1 1/2 hours drive time for nothing. Place looks like a junkyard. Ez car is a joke."

"I had the worst experience you can imagine!!!! A collision company took out a car from me from this company and the insurance was supposed to pay for the car, without telling me anything they charged my card $3000 I tried calling them for two months and there is no one to talk to!! for your own good do not touch this place!!"

"They provided me with an unregistered car, got pulled and the rest is history… If you're thinking of renting from EZ Rental Company, I highly recommend that you reconsider. They clearly have no regard for their customers' safety or well-being. Save yourself the hassle and go with a more reputable rental company. Trust me, it's not worth the risk!"

"EZ Rental was a life saver. My Cargo Van broke down when I was ready to load it with balloon centerpieces for a Sweet 16. I started to panic. I google a car rental near by and found EZ Rental. They are fantastic, the staff was so helpful, Shaya the manger sent a driver to pick me up. He had me email him all my information so I didn't have to wait. When I got to office all the paper work was ready and a cargo van waiting for me. This has been the best customer I have ever encounter at a car rental company. I will definitely continue to rent from them."
