"I purchased a Transit Van a couple of weeks ago from this location. the Temporary tags are expiring in one day and I have not received the new tags yet. trying to contact them for the last one week and no one answers. I have already paid for new tags and here I am not able to use my van that I purchased. Eric was my sales guy and I have sent him an email, direct message, left couple of voicemails and called him many times. NO ANSWER. I was told that a manager will contact me and no one called yet. I am calling them right now and they have blocked me."

"Buyers beware I’ll say it again buyers beware bought a used BMW from them end up charging me $10,000 more then posted listed price charge me $800 for window etching that BMW did they did not do because they don’t put the logo on like BMW does Call the dealer back because they did not receive all my purchase paperwork. They have yet to return my phone call contacting News 12 Kane In Your Corner . so that means every time somebody buys the vehicle you have to pay for Window"

"I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this situation. The deal and service we received at Woodbridge Ford was outstanding! My wife and I were shopping for a Bronco for our daughter and the deal we received from Patrick was incredible. There was no nonsense, no haggling, no posturing, no game playing, etc. Patrick was true to his word and agreed to what we asked for. Period! Deal done! As to service, our salesperson, Bobby, was wonderful. He patiently explained the differences between the Broncos we were considering. He and his co-workers removed the railings from one Bronco because I wanted to see what it would look like without the railings and removed the tops so that we could get the full picture. He offered to run out and get us coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin if we weren't happy with the dealerships coffee. Who does that? He had the car prepped beautifully and when I came in a few days later to pick up my certification, he had the Bronco prepped again. Amazing! I asked for some additional owner's manuals and he had them FedEx'd the next day. I can't say enough good things about Bobby or the entire Woodbridge Ford team. Their Finance Manager Christian was a true gentlemen. Didn't push anything extra, and clearly and patiently explained everything I was signing. He made it a point to come up to me when I came in the second time to ask me how my daughter liked the vehicle, was she surprised, was there anything else he could do for us, etc. I'm in my mid 50s and I have purchased and leased many vehicles for me and my family over the years. I've never written a review on any of those experiences. I never write reviews about restaurants or shows or anything. But this shopping experience was truly exceptional. I don't know if it was aberration, but based on some of the other reviews I read, I think this is just the way Woodbridge Ford does business. Kudos. Well done!"

"Read all the negative reviews before contacting this dealer for a car I was interested in, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I was so wrong.......this dealership is a total scam. I priced my trade on their website prior to going there, represented the car as accurately as possible, and the quote came back at 33.6k. Got to the dealership and the car I was interested in, which was advertised as no accidents, was beat up pretty good. Both passenger doors had terrible paintwork and the back bumper was completely unaligned on one side.......that's scam #1. Saw a different car there I was interested in and it was actually quite nice so was ready to pull the trigger. Thought their advertised price was a little high but was willing to do it anyway. And that's when they came back with a trade in value of 27k, with justification that their website trade-in pricing is just a guide. $6600 off their original quote is not a guide.......that's a rip off, and scam #2. What a waste of time. Will never go there again."

"Don't get blacklisted its torture , stopped in yesterday to look at a used pickup and didn't have much time so we agreed to have my trade appraised and they would get back to me with a number. I mentioned i was paying cash . No interest. Now they wont talk to me , no call back or send me to a full voicemail or they just hang up. I just wanted to know what my trade appraised at. Cant imagine what they would do if you buy from them and have a problem. stay away! Update I purchased a beautiful truck from world jeep ram ,20 minutes away they are great, go there if you're looking"
