"I set up an 8:00 am appointment for an oil change for my Jeep a week ago. I arrived at the dealer around 7:50 am and found “2 people” ahead of me. I’m writing this review at 9:00 am. My car hasn’t moved at all. Transitowne claims to have ExpressLane Fast Oil Changes. Doesn’t seem express or fast. Here’s a picture of the “ExpressLane” at 9:00 am. The Service Consultant also mentioned that the techs came late, which doesn’t help either. Also, when another customer arrives later and leave before my car getting serviced is off putting. I think I’ll just go to Delta Sonic in the future. If I’m waiting, at least I can tell where and when my car will be serviced."

"Let me say this I am glad the right people work there. I scheduled a service for the same reason I scheduled an appointment 2 years ago. They temporarily or not supposedly fix the problem. The guy at that time was rude,not understanding, and didn't care about my needs and the frustration I was having when the car shut off on me more than once while driving. I ask him, "My car sounds broke every time I hit a speedy bump, and on potholes, sounds like, is going to break?" He said that's normal when I knew it was not but because I was so tired of them not doing anything to fix what I need o complaint to the big guy, nothing was done so what can u expect when their boss didn't . But my new experience was WOW car sounds like brand new Tom and team made sure the car was safe for my daughter and I appreciated. He was understanding, he cared about my concerns, he explained everything and always communicated with me at all times, never gave me attitude. Thank you, Tom and the team. Happy driver here"

"Was taking my truck here for service and maintenance for a while with no issues. Fairly quick, even when they were busy. This was not the case when I came in late February for service and a repair. I was told the repair may be covered under an extended warranty but they can't check until Monday (it was a Saturday). They needed to order parts anyway so I said ok. I called them late Monday to check on it. I was told "The advisor is with a customer and she will call you back". I waited a week to call back and was told "The advisor is with a customer and she will call you back." I am still waiting for a call back."

"My experience with service at Transitowne is excellent. You can wait for your vehicle or get a ride home and then get picked up when the work is completed. Tom and Rachel at the service desk are courteous and attentive. They schedule the appointments and answer all my questions. They come to the waiting area to get you when the work is completed or send a driver to pick you up if you didn’t wait at the dealership. The service work is done well. I have never had to return to have something corrected that was fixed. Oil changes are completed quickly and there is a comfortable waiting area to use while the service is completed. The cost of oil changes are more reasonable than other oil change places and there are no long lines to get the oil change done. Thank you Tom, Rachel and Transitowne."
