"I leased a 2024 Corsair about a month ago. Last week while driving all safety features were suddenly disabled. There were less than 500 miles on the car. Now I have no safety features, no lane changing sensors, back up sensors, the ABS light is on and the steering is stiff. I called to make an appointment for service and was told the soonest they could get me in was May 29th! How is this even possible with a brand new car? While I love the car and the salesperson who sold it to me, I am extremely disappointed with the service department."

"I had a recall and one rear window that wasn’t working. Made an appt about 5 weeks out. It’s out of warranty, so I expected a few hundred dollars like when they called to confirm the issue with a corroded wire. But now my car is ready and the amount that I was first told has more than doubled. If I was told that amount in the first place, I wouldn’t have had them fix it. When I dropped off my car yesterday, I was told checking in that they recall parts may not be available and I may need to come back. The recall was why I brought it to Lincoln in the first place. Find yourself a different dealer to work with- I know I will not return. I’d rather drive to the next Lincoln dealer. Update- I received some generic reply about them forwarding my information to a service manager- I’m still waiting on the call back. Lol buyers beware!"
