"Was told no repairs would be done on the vehicle until it was purchased, then was guaranteed all work would be done before pick up. That did not happen. Received car.. absolutely no work was done. Brought it back with minimal communication only to pick it up and it still have all the same issues plus a few new ones. Day after getting it Brake lines completely went with 2 kids in the car. Will be finding my own mechanic at this point to make sure the vehicle I have to pay for now is actually able to be safely driven. Thanks for NOTHING Peter Kays! I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place, they will talk a good game ONLY to send u off in a death trap."

"Peter Kay sold me a lemon. When I bought my Jeep I had nothing but problems. My letters, phone calls and texts have been ignored. At one point one of my headlights melted my battery and my vehicle could have caught fire- what did they do? They blamed me. My roof leaks. I spent more on repairs in the first 4/5 months than I did on car payments. If you buy a used car here you’re gonna be on your own. After getting the run around from the original dealer we got the car from just 7 months earlier we found one I was interested in on the Peter Kay website. It was older but seemed decent. When we went there, we met Joe. He was super nice, professional and really seemed to care. He asked and listened to what my “must have’s” were. He showed me a newer vehicle not even on my radar.
