"Was charged for putting clear coat on car and was never done. Head light was installed with moisture in it. Wouldn't give a receipt as he couldn't find it then he supposedly left it at home (who takes customers receipt home). Do not recommend this place, took my check and ripped me off.."

"Bill and Pat are great to work with. My van was diagnosed by another shop with a problem that would cost over $6,000. I was told that it wasn't worth repairing. Pat looked under the hood, found the problem right away, and fixed it for around $1,100."

"I would not recommended this shop for repairs or for purchasing a vehicle. We entered into a car sales deal with stipulation of things that needed to be repaired. The owner, Bill was in agreement but unfortunately Pat couldn’t repair the car, Bill agreed to cancel the deal and refund our deposit. The next day Pat called saying I wasn’t able to come that day and I would have to wait until maybe Monday. I questioned him he got very rude yelling at me that he thought I was being an “entitled bi*** for cancelling the deal and if it was up to him I would never see my money” I argued that if he had a man on the phone he wouldn’t talk this way and he started yelling even more and hung up on me. When we arrived on Monday we saw Bills truck, yet Pat tried to act as if he didn’t know if Bill was there. Bill did come out and we got our deposit back but there was no apology for the behavior of Pat. This is not a shop I would send any woman to. I would not trust them to do the work or to treat any woman fairly."
