"Toyota quality and customer service is horrible. My wife and I purchased a brand new 2022 Platinum Toyota Highlander from Gault Toyota and a few months later whole car was shaking while driving. At 5,000 miles they replaced brakes through warrantee, then it started shaking again, they replaced the brakes like 3 times and then warranty expired at 40,000 miles and it’s my problem now. Now the car has 45,000 miles and shakes like crazy and my wife does not want to drive it because it’s not safe to be driving with the kids so we drive our old cars because they are safer. The 2022 Platinum Highlander we paid $57,000 is just parked. My family always had Toyotas and they were never such bad quality like they are now and Toyota and Gault does not care about its customers to help them just brushes them off."
