"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Romano Toyota. I scheduled three separate appointments with an employee named Zack to view a car. Each time I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car had been sold. This happened not once, not twice, but three times! When I requested to speak with the manager, the situation only worsened. The manager was highly unprofessional and raised his voice instead of providing a solution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against purchasing a car from this dealership.
