"This is a great place to get a truck rental! We had to find a truck last minute on our moving day due to the one we reserved through Home Depot being canceled. "I reserved a truck 48 hours in advance, got there 5 minutes late. I had to give a star, don't rent from this Biz! I asked about my reservation, and they lied straight to my face. Said to wait... wait again, girl was cleaning it out. 15 minutes later, girl walks inside, just got to work. Asked how much longer would it be? Told my buddy in the waiting room "not a very professional company". The woman immediately started screaming at me shaking her finger, to get out before she called the Police! Really? This is how you treat customers? I'm an older woman, she treated me like I was2 yrs. old. The man had just driven up with the truck & says she canceled your reservation bc I was being honary!"

"I recently rented a 16’ truck from this budget truck location. I worked with Andrea who was AMAZING! One of the best customer service associates I’ve encountered. Prior to when I was scheduled to pick up the rental, I called asking about the furniture pads and she took time to explain whether they would be useful for my move relative to other alternatives. On the day when I picked up the rental, she took time explaining every single detail on the contract. When I purchased the dolly and furniture pads, she offered to move them into the truck for me. Even though I had purchased collision insurance, she still took time to inspect the truck with me marking up every notable blemish. When most associates would hand the vehicle key and wish me luck, she stayed and ask me to check the mirrors and if they needed adjustment, she would move them for me. Lastly, during my drive, I saw a tunnel sign with a height clearance requirement. I stopped and called the rental shop again, and she picked up and patiently explained how tall my truck is and whether it will be able to clear the tunnel without issue. If this is not top of the line customer service, I don’t know what is. Price was competitive, but what truly set this experience apart was Andrea. This is the only place I would ever rent a truck again in the Syracuse location."
