"Bought a car years ago. Pacifica 05. He picked me up with grinding brakes. Drove it to see.this trim piece fly off the car 170. cĺar was a hidden pos. Took it back several times, never fixed actually. The crossmember had to be welded and wouldn't pass inspection . I would not buy from them"

"Wanted to buy a car I seen at the lot. Filled out credit check got a return call that day to talk about financing and all sounded good. Tried getting a hold of them for a week after that and never called me back. Sad I really wanted that vehicle. Ended up getting one somewhere else. Wasted my time. I guess since I wasn't paying all upfront they weren't interested in my business. That's not professional!"

"Can't believe that Ms. Gayhart went to the same place I did... Anyway, have waited over 40 years for this car-buying experience! First time I ever had a car dealer a) not lie to me, b) do MORE than he promised, and c) offer no pressure. Told Ryan I would take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. He said - great, we'll fix whatever they find. They discovered the front brake pads were fine but a piece of hardware was worn on one side and that the rear tires didn't have much tread left. Well, instead of replacing the hardware and putting used tires on the back, they replaced the hardware AND put on new brake pads AND put FOUR NEW tires on the car instead of two used ones. Who does that? Not only that, the price was excellent and there was zero pressure or games. Looking forward to being a repeat customer!"

"Worst place to buy a car ... Ryan lie to me all the way Thur til he got my check.. then he just say it passes inspection.. told me the brakes will get done and car will be clean and detail.. he just had the garage pass it with bad brakes and spray paint the back drums so we couldn't tell the damage.. couldn't even detail or wash the vehicle.. didn't tell us the trust just lie about everything.. only did one front bearing when support to do two.. but gotta do it the cheap way.. support to fix all the doors but he Had the garage do one door lol.. he told us he would had all done.. lies only the cheapest one the driver side. Ryan is a bad customer service person all he wants is he's check.. he lies and doesn't tell the truth.. if ur going to buy a car out rite don't buy here.. he only after the money specially if he knows ur buying it out rite doesn't try to do anything."
