Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Would never go back to either this location or the location in Cicero. I made a reservation for an F-150 and when I arrived to the north Syracuse location, not only did they not have the truck, (what’s the point of reserving it if you’re going to give it to someone else) they made me drive all the way to Cicero. Which I did. Once I arrived there they informed me there, not on the phone when reserving the truck, that I would need a CREDIT card. So here I am, a business owner who has an extremely busy schedule, being told I cannot use my business debit card to get this vehicle. In my opinion this was a lack of communication on THEIR end. Not mine. They should have made this right for an unhappy customer. Much like I would have done if it were my customer. But instead, was told, there’s nothing we can do. Awesome. I’ve taken hours out of my day to schedule all of this and now I’m scrambling to find another place to do business with so I can have a truck to get to work with. Unorganized, unprofessional and just flat out deserving of this 1 star review. If I could have given them 0 stars for wasting my time I would have. Do better enterprise. Side note: they don’t answer their phone when you call as well."

"This is by far the only place I’d go if I needed a rental car jaylynn the branch manager was absolutely amazing I had to get my car in the shop asap and he made it so I could do just that if you want a good quality car with not to many miles or wear n tear COME TO NORTH SYRACUSE ENTERPRISE Jaylynn has what you need!!!!!! "Came in early on Saturday to get a car, SATURDAY open from 9am to noon, be aware! But Jalin was hustlin and moving being the only one there, he took care of everyone and then us, got us a car. Was super cool, even offered him coffee, but he was ok. Came back this past Saturday to drop off the car, he was there again and AGAIN super chill dude. Jalin is awesome!"

"Dillion at this location didnt know how to close out the ticket and was resistant and to calling the PICK UP BRANCH to close the ticket. We called that site together to close out the ticket. (Issue resolved.) Dillion could use further training in this dept. My rental car was in great running order."

"Fantastic customer service that is very rare now a days, great to see that it still exists, started with Dylan/Dillon, returned my rental with Luke, what a big personality, and he shows that he actually cares about the customers, I hope Enterprise values these 2 guys, thank you Luke!!"
