"One star is because they had the decency to call me to inform me they didn't have a car for me about 15 minutes before I was leaving to pick it up. Twice I've rented from them, and twice they didn't have a car for me despite making a reservation. Would not recommend to a friend"

"My personal vehicle broke down right before the new year so I had to have it towed over to the dealership. I found enterprise in the Camillus location and was able to quickly rent a vehicle to transport back and forth from Leah. Leah was very professional and was able to assist me without hesitation. I highly recommend this location when you're in a last minute bind and make sure you deal with Leah and there is no way you could go wrong."

"The good notes are that I have rented multiple times throughout the past several years and hardly have issues. The worst being that the cars will have the scent of cigarettes, but also a strong scent from whatever they use to cover it up. One rental from this year I received a car that started jerking and riding extremely rough within a few minutes of leaving the location. I was able to return and get a new car immediately. Recently I was given a call within 90 minutes of my pickup time to let me know that no cars were available. I had made my reservation days in advance and had received a confirmation email. Extremely frustrating."

"What a great experience great customer service as soon as I walked in the manger approach me and introduce herself and helped me out with everything and took good care of me! It’s my second time renting from here would definitely come back, and have my family and friends come here. The mini van was clean and had sanitation wipes ready for me to use if necessary. Made me want to buy that van for my family"
