"Quick response when I called on 11/13/23. Ross was out same day. Said he took pictures and gathered information to send to Jamie for an estimate. As of 11/22/23, I have not received the estimate or a phone call. Left several messages inquiring about the estimate. Not sure what’s going on and why no response."

"I want to share my previous experience with everyone. I've been working with my insurance since early 2022 summer... they sent a contractor not even in a week my insurance close claim. No communication at all from the contractor. Well, more damage happen in my roof. I was very upset because like every house owner "Why I'm paying insurance for". Russ contact me and made an appointment to come by and see for himself the damage and walk me through everything and very well explain the process how everything will work. Russ keep the communication on every step, re-open the claim with the insurance and he was on top of every detail and question and the BEST of all, Russ keep me in the loop of everything was going. I received call from my insurance then after on from Russ they are able to replace / fix my roof (insurance will cover it). I was so relieve. With out Russ my roof will never got done. Set a date for the crew came in and everything went so smooth... the Barn / House was taking care and I feel more comfortable sleeping at night. Russ Kinter from Perfect Home Restoration are great company and they will help you and they are very responsible and honest people... They treat you like a real person. "We were in need of a new roof and after several estimates, we chose Perfect Home Restoration. Our contractor, Ross, went above and beyond everything that needed to be done, including, but not limited to, working with our insurance company, scheduling inspections, reviewing paperwork, etc. There were many things throughout this process that could have easily been disregarded due to frustration and time, but Ross continued with his efforts to get the results that we wanted / needed. Highly recommended for any roofing repairs / replacements that anyone may need! I will continue to refer this business to anyone that needs home repair / restoration!"

"Perfect Home Restorattion replaced my roof. The sales person was very friendly and new what he was talking about but not pushy. I contacted him again after reviewing the company and he met with me and contacted my insurance company to get my project started. They worked with me on scheduling the installation date. The installation team of 6 people showed up and worked without any breaks, informed me of any other work needed and there was only one. They did a great job cleaning up and again reviewed the job with me asked if I had any questions. I spoke with the owner,Jaime, to answer a question and she also returned my calls. I could not be more pleased with the process and the end result is a picture perfect new roof, I highly recommend calling or using their web site to receive info and a quote for your exterior project.
