"Unfortunately today they mislabeled the two bagels I ordered– mixing up the gluten free and plain bagels. My friend has celiac and this caused her to get sick because it was mislabeled and she ate it. I love Goldbergs but this is really unacceptable and they have to take more care to make sure mistakes like this do not happen."

"The best bagels in all of the Hamptons! Beautiful spreads, and all the toppings you need for any bagel! Always enough seasoning, always enough cream cheese! My one wish is that less people knew it about it! Always a family favorite, and something the kids are always asking for! If you are nearby and you are craving a bagel, stop by!"

"We have been going here for over 10 years- we know what Goldberg’s SH is all about…today what we experienced was unprecedented, and I hope the owner reads this so that a change can be made. We really love it here, but if this is any indication of what the summer is going to be like, run in the other direction. We waited for over an hour, only to find out, the 3 people that were working there, were servicing both the extremely long line as well as the APP orders. You need more employees to service your customers, which is obvious to everyone. Are you too cheap to hire more people, is it too hard to find employees, or you really just don’t care bc we saw one of your family members come out from the back, make himself some bagels and iced coffee, look at the ridiculous line, and not even think to help out-"

"I absolutely love their bagels but very disappointed that they advertise on Grubhub with a picture of a delicious bagel with lox and all the fixings, it’s called Goldberg’s (or burg’s) Bagels, and you can’t order bagels on Grubhub. There is no option for bagels. I tried to call and let them know, but no answer on the phone number Google provided. I’m only giving it 2 stars so it gets their attention and they fix this. I noticed they are new on the app."

"Very good bagels and a nice variety of schmears/sandwich options. Got a BEC on everything & an everything w scallion cream cheese. Both were delicious - nice chewy bagels, fluffy and fresh. The menu of deli sandwiches looked good too, would come back to try if I’m ever in the area again. They definitely don’t have a very efficient system - you order, then wait for your food to get handed to you before you pay, which caused some confusion and clustering near the register. The line moved super slow and was pretty long both times I went. Bring cash if you can - there’s an upcharge for using credit cards."
