"I usually am not the one to complain or write reviews but this place was insane. Upon our arrival I said we had 2 adults and a baby. At first we were told we can’t be seated because only high tops were available due to the bartender going on break and no server. I said that’s okay we don’t mind waiting. The hostess sighed and said never mind we have a small table in the bar area. So we were sat. Never given a high chair so I asked the server for one and she said sure but never brought us one. We watched her leave and enter the kitchen over and over and even went to the bar and rested on it. So I asked the hostess and they brought one over. Our server never greeted us she just asked what we would like to eat and drink. We put in our appetizer and waiting for about 30 minutes. She came back with our appetizer and food at the same time. After that we were never checked on again. Our son’s fries came out cold and the food was underwhelming. She didn’t have the best attitude and we felt very uncomfortable being there. We asked for boxes and were brought a broken box so when my husband went to put the wings in they fell out all over the floor. We told her what happened she just sighed, walked away, and got us another box didn’t even offer to compensate for their mistake. We never got a check so we asked for one and she rolled her eyes and said there’s a QR code on the table we can use to pay. We had trouble doing the buy one get one free deal since my husband is a rewards member and she once again never came to check on us just chilling at the bar on her phone. Eventually she walks over annoyed and we tell her the issue. She does something on her tablet to fix it and no one talked to us again after that. We left very upset. Don’t think we’ll be coming back to this location. Not friendly and treated us like they didn’t want us there. Very disappointed considering I use to work for the company and would have never treated customers like this. What a waste of money"

"Absolutely terrible. Came here for lunch & the place was empty. When the waitress finally came around she apologized because it was only her 2nd day and she appeared to not know who to do her job properly, which in her defense could be due to lack of proper training. Again this place was empty, food still came out cold & seemed old or stale. We were not given silverware or napkins either. Do not recommend this location at all."

"I ordered my food at 7:45pm. Said it’d be ready by 8pm. No one was at the desk, waited 10 minutes for someone to come out just to find out that no one has started my order. The ginger headed boy who took care of us was smirking due to the fact that he just got my order. I waited 40 minutes because he said they were going to start making it. I had ordered extra ranch that i paid for, never got it. He handed my stuff in a very umcomfortable way. Didn’t even bother saying sorry for the delay or inconvenience. Terrible service."

"Our server, Corey, was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and made for a wonderful dining experience. The food and drinks were delicious and happy hour deals were fantastic."
