They seemed uninterested in assisting customers and displayed a lack of basic courtesy. Additionally, the service was slow and disorganized, which only added to the frustration. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer service."

"I drove 20 minutes back him after picking up my order to findout that they forgot to put the fries. I called to get a refund to my credit card and they said I have to pick up the refund in cash. Why ? I pay with a credit card all they had to do was adjust the amount charged . Horrible customer services."

"I was at this restaurant 10/28/2023. At 12:24. I ordered a 8 piece all flats Cajun wings. Just wings. Why did I receive this? I got dry wings to the point I can’t even tell what seasoning was used. Vs how they look on the website/ should look. DO NOT COME HERE"

"Mediocre food,horrible costumer service. I order a chicken sandwich,Cajun fried corn and fries. The sandwich is the saddest sandwich I seen in my life. The chicken was chewy and and the bun was soggy. Fries were crunchy at the end and soggy in the middle.The corn was the only good thing about my order. I do understand that this is CHEAP food,but still. I rather spend extra somewhere else and get something a little more edible. This location also has no parking,the strip mall is always busy and makes it difficult to find parking spots."
