"In the morning it's a very slow drive-thru, which is not good when going to work. Non-responsive when you pull up to the speaker, and extremely rude when they do. Attempted to address, the manager was immature and rude. I'll take her advise and go else where."

"The manager working Friday was immature . They mess up a simple qp order I bring the sandwich back because it has mayonnaise one it and then she give me the maake thing again . I bring that back and she insists that what I ask for . If that’s the case why would I bring it back twice .? She is rude and very unprofessional she escalated the matter for no reason . Use common sense if I brought it back because it mayo why would I want it on the new one . I told her to check the camera and she laughed. But if she did she would have seen she was wrong . You shouldn’t have anyone that childish and petty as a manager"

"Messed my order up and refused to fix it. Ordered 2 meals, only got 1 fries and a QP had all the sauce I asked them not to put in it. We brought the sandwich back in and they exchanged it for another one that we noticed after we got back still had mayo on it. They told us that we didnt order a second fries with the order but they gave us the 2 drinks. When I mentioned that they forgot the fries, they wanted to charge me for it."

"Show up at the drive through at 11 am. Breakfast is still going on, but the lunch menu is up. They aren't serving lunch, but I have no idea what is on the breakfast menu. Ask the guy if he can change back to the breakfast menu so we cant order and he says "I don't have any control over it". No attempt to help us order, just silence. Drove through with no order. The girl working the register window was super nice and tried to help, but at that point we were frustrated. Management tip - If you want people to have a happy experience at your establishment, then put the right menu up. I expect more from a company like Mcdonalds. At least get the menu right."

"Overall its an above average McDonald's, nice staff during the day, always hot and fresh food and plentiful seating. The only issues I have ever had is the bathrooms seem to have flooding issues which is odd to see when you are trying to sit down and eat. (Happened the last 3 times I was there dining in)"
