"Bad customer service. Worker was a young African American with orange bleached hair who seemed careless and was just drinking the Auntie Anne’s drinks. He was very unprofessional. Stood in the long line 3x just to be told “the pretzel nuggets will be refilled in 20 minutes”. There was no apology or even sorry for the inconvenience. They should have a sign for times like this. He was the only one working and he was extremely slow."
