"The website states that the Tanger Deer Park Charley’s closes at 7pm. I went to Charley’s at 6:20 and the worker told me they were closed and did not take my order."
"Edit: The manager she spoke to gave her a fake name and number to call her back at. I did speak to the owner today though who was very apologetic and nice. He did give me a refund.// They have the WORST customer service ever. They got my order wrong and then refused to remake my order. My fiance's got cold while fighting with them and they refused to fix that too. Do yourself a favor and skip this place."
"Food is good and the staff is nice but at times no one pays attention. My order number came up of course I shouldn’t have assumed it was the right one but I did anyways. Took my order to go and I left once I got home the order was completely wrong . Also, when I was waiting for my food two guys were arguing because of their food and the staff gave the guys the wrong order . I know it’s hard working at a fast food joint but sometimes got to get it together ."
