Jersey Mike's Subs

"Usually I don’t complain about places because I appreciate everyone jobs but at this occasion I think is necessary . Just one new guy on training apparently was trying to provide a good service to us, young girl supervisor was rude when my family was trying to order and then she left the new guy doing the whole order while she was laughing and screaming on the back with another two guys. "First time going to Jersey Mikes. Had a gift card and wanted to try it out. Came in at 2:30pm 08/10/24 got 2 cheese steak reg subs. They would have been tasty subs if the grill was clean and if it didn’t have some black pieces in it. After the food was made that the grill person was suppose to have cleaned it, I know it because they told them loudly after we had our food. The place was clean but 2 younger skinny tall guys one blond one with brown hair were super loud. They were yelling and talking to each other and when their friends came in they were even louder. Our subs sat behind the counter while they talked for like 3-5 minutes while we were sitting down and listening to them all talk. I would only come back to this restaurant if they had some new staff."

"I ordered a Mike's sub with their app. When I got there, I was surprised to find that the building was where a restaurant called The Normandy Inn used to be. They rebuilt the building in a similar style as the old restaurant. The sub was great, up to their usual high standards."

"First I would like to start by saying I love jersey Mike's sandwiches. I have been to several locations and never experienced what I have experienced in the Bohemia store. The staff, the cleanliness of the store ect. If anyone has noticed these young kids that work there are very professional and very respectful! Kudos to you all, keep up the Good work!!!! Now I must give a special shout out and praise to KIMBERLY!!!! Not only is this young lady Respectful and knows her stuff, but the time she takes to make your sandwich. She remembered how I like my sandwich after only being there 2 times. She is the only one I let make my sandwiches..... KIMBERLY I appreciate you keep up the phenomenal job you are doing! It's heartening to see this spot revitalized and serving the community once more. With each visit, I'm met with a positive experience, from the friendly staff to the great sandwiches. Plus, I can confirm that despite its historic roots, my sandwich here is definitely not haunted!
