"3/17/2024. Made an online order for pickup. 8 pc meal with two sides, sandwich and a wrap. Order was expected 8:45. Got there 5 minutes late and it took someone 20 minutes to talk to me. They walked away and everyone was "busy", not even taking new orders. By the time someone actually talks to me my older was ready a while before, but no customer service! Get home....no gravy for the mashed potatoes, which is clearly on the receipt...hate this place. Don't go here if you don't like to waste time and expect customer service."
