"Not very hospital or friendly. Workers told me to be quiet at the table. Likee, this is a fast food establishment there’s gonna be some noise. They also rushed my friend when she was ordering. Also chairs were gross we had to wipe them. Good fries tho but paying extra for more than one sauce is wild to me."
"I am beyond impressed with the owners of this establishment and how they take such good care of their staff. These sisters go above and beyond to cater to all types of neurodiversity's. The restaurant is incredibly clean, the staff are so hard-working and dedicated. Extremely impressed. I highly recommend this location for a great place to work and a great place to eat. Five stars"
"Experience was okay, the newer cashier was friendly and obviously learning her role and job. The trainer not the friendliest of personalities. She barked at the cashier almost military. Whoever trained her in leadership needs retraining themselves. If what I witnessed os prevalent across the staff I wouldn't be surprised if the location had a high turn over. The food was cooked excellently. But I come to a restaurant to eat peacefully, not listen to a shift leader or managers piss poor leadership training abilities barking at new hires. Retrain your staff and remind them they have dining tables and a counter. If I want to hear people yelling, ill visit the MTA."
"The Blizzard I ordered was very good. My phone was scanned to log the the reward points the next day it never appeared in my account. Emailed customer service who refused to give me the reward points."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. I spent $74 on a large drive through order on free cone day. When I got to the window. I was told I can not add my free cone to my order at the window and I would have to drive back around. Now as you can imagine it was packed… so I had to wait 20 minutes just for 2 free ice cream cones! Drive through person said it’s not her problem, she just works here. Probably will take my money to Shirley location next time!!"
