"Customer service is terrible. The manager named Victor is awful, he discriminates against anyone who goes looking for a job. He makes people wait without consideration. To those who apply through Indeed. And he doesn't hire them without an interview, he just tells them that they are not hiring. There is a big sign on the wall that says hiring."
"I ordered 3 things for mobile, Went through the drive through. With 2 people ahead of me I was asked to wait for my order to be taken(maybe 5 minutes). When I got to the window I was then asked to pull around. I probably waited around 20 minutes in total for 3 food items. (My drink was given at the window). The lady at the window was very kind, but the others were just standing around. Sadly, this is the closest tacobell to me. Food was good though"
"The customer service at this particular taco bell is terrible. A order was placed 20 minutes in advance for a single crunchwrap and to still have to wait and be told to go wait on other side is just ridiculous. I'm not sure if the workers that don't care or if it's just a manager that doesn't care, but this is unacceptable. I'll never be coming to this Taco Bell ever again"
"Writing this review to just express how great this guy was behind the counter. I came in around 9 on a Tuesday after working a long day and let me tell you this chicken cantina taco was amazing , I don’t know if this young man made these super special tacos but it was the best thing I’ve tasted in awhile. These tacos was fantastic/ the service was fantastic/ the line went fantastically well in a timely manner / and the young man “Trevor” was just overall customer based . Great service Trevor . (And I am normally rude lol)"
