"Customer service in this place is remarkable and phenomenal. There’s no words to describe how good there’s customer Service every time I go inside I get greeted like I’m family. They always take care of me and my meal is always prepared. Less than 10 minutes. Their food is amazing. I almost tried everything on the menu. I have no complaints at all the locations in New York. This is my top favorite one. I love it if you’re in this area and Annadel and you wanna go out for a fast food meal I highly recommend this place guys."

"This is a very nice and clean spot. The food is amazing, and the service is on point. I enjoyed everything about my visit. "Just saw that a new wing spot opened up close by my house and man these wings were amazing!! Tried the lemon pepper boneless and the taste on the seasoning and the sauce was unreal. Definitely my new favorite wing spot on SI. Give these guys a chance man cause they deserve it! Food is spot on. Love to have them in the community"

"My nephew was raving about this spot since it opened near his house. We went on a Sunday evening, and it was apparent that they were understaffed. The guy that came up to take the order was running in and out of the kitchen and attending to the patrons that would come in. The guy with the airpod (who was running back and forth) didn’t seem enthusiastic at all to be there. Honestly, it being my first time visiting, and the place being newly opened, I was expecting a lot more enthusiasm and a welcoming environment. People started to pour in after we went, and this is definitely a place that entertains delivery orders heavily. Just us and a party of two placed an in store order. My husband and nephew got boneless wings. I ordered bone- in. My nephew wanted a shake but the airpod guy sounded frustrated at my nephew saying “we don’t have any milkshakes!” (Meanwhile before taking our order he was wrapping up a shake to go). But then he added “we’re out of everything. We have no milk, nothing.” It kind of sucked because I’m huge on customer service and it makes or breaks an experience for me. But my nephew assured me that there’s a white male that works there, heavyset, who is always very happy to be there and he’s very kind. The food was good. My nephew obviously loves the place (since he goes frequently and wanted us to go with him), and my husband enjoyed his wings too. My bone-in wings were seasoned well. (Cajun flavored). And they slipped off the bone. No complaints with the food. Something tells me if they weren’t so stressed out, the guy at the front would’ve been more welcoming and interactive with his customers. Or maybe I’m mistaken and this is just like a Chinese restaurant where nobody wants to have anything to do with anyone; just place your order, get your food and leave. Also, a minor mistake, I asked for a Diet Coke and he was giving me a regular coke. I think we just went on an evening where they were having a bad day. There are tables and chairs and one child high chair if need be. But no one really stays to eat. The place swarms with Uber eats / other delivery guys bouncing in and out of the place and people picking up to go orders. For me, it was giving Chinese restaurant vibes where you just take it to go. We took our food by the waterfront and ate it there. Also, when you order 5 wings, they give you a little surprise. It’s sweet, and my nephew said it’s something they always do. Parking is a nightmare in that lot. That has nothing to do with this restaurant, but when you pull into the lot, you’ll see who the problem is. (Again, we went Sunday evening, so Sunday family dinners could be to blame)."

"congratulations on opening! first time here and the food was literally insane. so so good. i’m both happy and scared to have food this good so close to my house LOL portion size was great, quality of chicken was above expectation. sauce flavor was delicious. Much better than corporation wing-competitors. I hope this place has much success!! Will absolutely be back soon!"
