"My food was good other than every once in a while they forgot to give me something from the order or they got one thing from the order wrong but that happens everywhere. but other than that, it's good."

"I have arrived at the wendy’s around 2 and decided to do a mobile order since i wanted to check the menu because i can’t see from far and wasn’t sure of what to order. After a while i placed my order around 2:30 and after a few minutes my order was shown as ready on the screen so I proceeded to go ahead and get my order, once i sat down to eat my food i noticed that they did not put in 4 boxes of chicken nuggets, one drink was incorrect, and i did not receive one drink, my mother went to the counter and told an employee worker about it and she gladly helped but once the manager came up it became a problem and when mother asked the manager for 4 straws she had only given her two. After a while I decided to order 4 frosty and waited for awhile and I kept looking at the screen and noticed something changed but my order number did not pop up on the screen so i waited for about 10 minutes and my mother decided to check on her bank acc on her phone to see if she had been charged already from the 4 frosty and she did so she went up to the counter and told them that she made another mobile order but have not see it pop up on the screen and we been waiting for a while now, when the manager comes up she said there is nothing she can do about it and my mother asked that if she could get the frosty because she showed her that she had been charged by it already and on my Wendy’s app it shows as an previous order meaning it did go through but the manager proceeded to say that she can’t do anything about it and if my mother wants her money back to go on the Wendy app because she was able to get her refund from the app or to just call her bank, however this is not the first time that same exact manager had done the same thing with my mother and not only that but every time I go with anyone else I never have any problem but if i go to Wendy’s with my mom the manager always has something to say which is starting to seem to me like some sort of discrimination against her and i feel very disrespected, and my mom being a mc Donald’s manager she said that as long as the client shows proof of the purchase they should be able to get there food without a problem."

"This Wendy's must be under a different management or lacking the right one because it is filthy! The food is not good and most of the time, it is cold. The soda machine is disgusting and never works properly. The staff (kids) have major attitudes, ALL THE TIME. Some things have to change in the establishment because it will never survive in the conditions it's in."

"Sadly bad and rude customer service. I tried explaining my order, both cut me off saying I should get a combo. I was later explaining to them the order I wanted and they said that's not what the combo is. They didn't even offer to undo it. They said the order is finished and basically had a too bad attitude about it. Systems were not working, couldn't order from the kiosk none of them were working. When we went to order from the people at the register their systems weren't even working either, who knows if we got the exact change we needed. Don't come here there are better ones out there."

"Greetings guys, it’s just an awareness. If you ever visit Wendy at 475 Rahway Ave, please double check your orders. I had an experience wrong ordered. I repeated the orders more 4 times. I’m here to complain but I felt bad experience about customer Service. I ordered Dave’s triple medium combo. What we got was medium combo single. I try to asked the person whom took the order she’s like I heard only single. I was explaining to her I was hunger and I know single is not gonna fit so I ordered triple. More than 3 x.. the way she responded to was shocking to and I felt bad customer Experience. Please make sure check your orders. Again just for a concern. Maybe the restaurant manager teach how to answer politely to customers would be great. This is my first time reviewing this way."
