"Gave me the cheesesteak without cheese, I come to ask for cheese and they insist there is cheese, so I open the sandwich and ask them to show me and they can't see it either. I wanted a new order and the lady yells at me to go to the back of the line and relax when all I asked for is a new order."
"Cannot recommend, or better yet, don’t buy here. Ordered milkshake and payed. Then they apparently didn’t have any. Unacceptable since we already payed. We were told and helped by a manager to fill in a shady refund form online. I don’t have high hopes to see our money again."
"Add the topping to checkout screen when I brought the sandwich assuming it was be peppers onion but all we got was meat and cheese . Then cook was very rude I offer to buy but was told I need to buy a whole new sandwich. Il never eat here again and being at the airport twice a week as a cheesesteak fan this place will not get my business. But if they cared they wouldn’t be 1star across the board in reviews. Pretty bad."
"Honestly a solid cheesesteak. Obviously very overpriced, and even more obviously underpaid and underappreciated staff, but the sando was good and relatively quick (20 minutes) my only major complaint is that they call your name when it's ready, despite texting and emailing you when you put in the order. And of course I didn't hear them if/when they called my name so i was stressing a bit about catching my flight when the cheesesteak was actually just sitting on the counter ready to go for at least five minutes before i decided to check the counter for my name written on the box. So the system is not great but the product was nice! Surprisingly so, given airport food quality expectations..."
