"I dropped off a customer here and decided to have a quick breakfast. It opens at 6am. The food was good everything was perfect . The restaurant was very clean and plenty of parking. I went through the driveway and came inside to wash my hands and use the bathroom which was clean. I ate at a table inside. A+ McDonalds"

"I just had a terrible encounter with the person on drive thru. She was rude and disrespectful all because I didn't want a ripped up 10 dollar bill she tried to give me. Her behavior was over the top and completely unacceptable. Customer service is about the customer. In my opinion she should never interact with customers.."

"Giving this MCDs a horrible review because of thee worst customer service experience I had tonight with them, but it isn't the first time. It's only regarding the evening/night crew. I ordered curbside pick up because I knew the drive through would be a little busy and I didn't want to walk in the pouring rain to get my food. I placed my order while I was about 5 minutes away from this location. I parked in front of curbside 3 and I tapped on the app where I was. It said 3-5 minutes my order would be out. I waited about 15 minutes because I knew they were busy. At 20 minutes, I now parked my car closer to the entrance and was about to walk in to get my food instead. The door was locked and the worker told me 2 go through the drive through. The line was insane! I already placed my order now about 30 minutes ago. Why can't you just give me my food? Again told me to go through the drive through. I went around and got in line. This is about 40 minutes now. Waiting to get my food. I'm pregnant and hungry and this was how I was treated. Absolutely unacceptable if you ask me. I get to the window and I ask for the manager. While waiting they gave me my food. Guess what, now everything was so cold because they took forever to give it to me. It was missing my Fries and my sauces all ordered on the mobile order. Manager gets to the window, says she apologizes, but she didn't have enough crew to send someone out? Seriously? So you were just going to leave me out there wondering when my food was coming out? She asks what she can do for the inconvenience, really? You should have just reimbursed me and give me a free dang meal for the horrendous experience tonight. I will never again come back to this location even though it's more convenient for me. I'll drive further whenever I'm craving I guess. ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS for the night shift. Ridiculous can't even describe it perfectly!! It's beyond appalling tbh. Tell me if my fries are even a large when they didn't even fill it up. Manager, do better. This ain't it."

"Ordered and paid for a breakfast and then asked for a glass of water to take medicines, was denied and asked to pay full soda price for tap water."

"They made a mistake and I showed them proof and they even agreed the error was on their end but basically said deal with it or leave, so I left. Pathetic. I used to work in fast food and actually this situation happened an another location as well a few years back and the resolution is SO simple, and I even mentioned said solution, but they just didn't want to do any extra work. I understand the cashier can't do it on their own, but the manager definitely could (and should) have and chose not to."
