"I don’t normally write reviews for fast food establishments because the bar is never set high but today got under my skin. They always forget something so that didn’t surprise me but when we pointed out we were missing a sandwich the manager quite literally asked for the bags back and proceeded to OPEN UP OUR SANDWICHES AND GO THROUGH THEM. Uhm excuse me? Were you gonna remake those because that’s not right. It’s one thing to mess up (the manager or lead or whoever, she was in a polo shirt) but the manager had the balls to turn around and tell me she didn’t open the burgers up while also being the one who basically called us liars who was the one who did not put the sandwich in the bag. There’s a right and wrong way to handle situations like this and as a manager she screwed up, be better for the amount of money y’all want and can’t even handle the basics."
"They were out of fish, and that was the only thing i could eat considering halal. They went above and beyond and dropped me a fresh batch. The gesture of kindness in the entire team was out of this world. I could get the fish anywhere but the courtesy and gesture matters. Thank u entire team for making my meal experience special."
"Went to Wendy's tonight and they forgot to put the sauce I requested, when I came back to get it, their worker Stephen called me a "sir" closed the window and refused to open it, put up the middle finger and walked off. I had to knock on the window very hard to get the supervisor to come and tell me he will write him up. Highly disrespectful and unprofessional."
"Waiting 30 mins to pick up a mobile order. I was told I couldn’t pick it up at the front I ended up calling them to tell them I’ve been waiting 30 mins at the drive thru to then get hanged up on. This is ridiculous. Either get more workers to get work in the night. Completely disrespectful staff. And whatever Hispanic staff member is the manager needs training on her attitude"
"This place live up to the name fast food. My lunch is for a half hour and I was able to enter and leave without a hitch. Whom ever run that team today did a excellent job. I overheard, the cashier tell the helper gather my order, let me know if you need help. A refreshing change of the other fast food joints that treat me as if I’m bothering them. This place is clean, loads of parking, fresh food and fast service. They will see me again. No buyers remorse here."
